Spray Foam Bottom Of Bathtub

iustitia

With the economic crisis that rages while our freedoms are being violated more and more (see the charges students of today, or non-election day in order said to avoid the quorum in the referendum), I want to see how the majority will find a way to justify the urgency of reform (intercept & co.) that is implementing on justice.

Meanwhile I try to keep their game, offering bottom of my ignorance on three changes that I think might be beneficial to the operation of justice in Italy, speeding.

  1. Computerisation massive, with the use of encryption technologies considered more reliable - never see the digital signature applied.

  2. Suspension of limitation for the duration of the proceedings.

  3. Abolition of the law under which under which the sentences on appeal can not increase compared to the first degree (if the applicant is convicted, I suppose).

Clearly this is not original ideas, but I'm not aware of any program in any party (IDV will check that, for others it seems useless). For the third the inspiration comes from this interview to Davigo, the first fruit of it just seems common sense, even if someone could telling me. The source of the second, boh, will be labor? I do not remember.

would be nice if someone more competent than I read these lines, correction of any inaccuracies and comment on the actual applicability of these reforms (and the benefits that would result).
