Clearly, the dramatic consequences - we're talking about hundreds of thousands of deaths, probably the worst disaster in the face of the Earth from tsunami of 2004 - is also due to the existing and especially extreme poverty, and for those humanitarian efforts we can make country will remain highly vulnerable to disasters: it is already seriously hit by more hurricanes each year.
